Going to Eleven- On a Serious Note- More Puppy

Hershey and Kisses

I have been in contact with a number of Societies, and Organizations wishing to curtail the puppy -mill industry and possible practices that may involve owners/breeders and other organizations wishing to retain better adoption and recovery techniques for any type of animal under human care.

I have already established a certain guideline with my own pair of breeding Labradors for any one wishing to adopt and/or re home a pet for varying types of circumstances. Putting these practices to good use is certainly the best way, and separates , legally, the responsibility from breeder/trainer to any new adopter; I am now utilizing this strategy with overwhelming response and agreement with this direction that I have implemented- I am always in communication with potential adopters prior to any potential first -visitors without the intrusion of a persons identity . privacy and security, and maintain a stringent course necessary to insure that any animal is introduced to good and valid locations. I encourage you also to put this into test for vetting this practice into a mandatory practice to anyone wishing to adopt, breed, train or re-home any animal within the United States and law abiding territories:

PLEASE READ AND REMARK OF MY EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS WITH POTENTIAL ADOPTERS

Call this the Sam Walton of puppy adoption and knowing your neighbors that you are dealing with – These techniques are already been utilized throughout the larger metropolitan areas, including shelter and adoption organizations , which will not allow potential adopters to retain an animal with out the mandatory micro chipping being implemented. There are certain occasions and circumstances where you can be assured that the person you are dealing with is a safe and secure method, and arrangements made for the animal to be agreed upon…e.g. Fire, Police, Disabled Veteran, and service members or licensed animal training therapists.

” Thank you for your response
The cost for the puppies will be @ the minimum for these puppies that wish to have families that will train and put them into service for the needy. We are asking a fee for three crucial things after verifying that this is where the puppy will be placed accordingly to the owner 1- The puppies will have their first shots- 2- The puppies will have their de-worming and 3- the puppy will be registered into the data-base for micro chipping as recommended by ASPCA and PETA guidelines. Please read carefully about micro chipping:

” Each year, thousands of pets go missing, and many don’t make it back home. Many pets (especially indoor pets) don’t wear collars or tags. Even if your pet wears a collar and identification tag, collars can break off and tags can become damaged and unreadable, so these forms of identification may not be enough to ensure your pet’s safe return. Your pet needs a form of identification that is reliable and can’t get lost, stolen, or damaged. A microchip is a safe, simple form of identification that can significantly increase the chance that your pet will return safely.
A microchip is about the size and shape of a grain of rice and is placed underneath your pet’s skin between the shoulder blades. Microchip implantation takes only a few minutes and is very safe. Each microchip is unique and carries vital information about your pet—including your name, address, and contact information. When a microchip is implanted, the pet owner is given a registration form to complete. Registering the number on the microchip includes your pet in a national pet recovery database. Veterinary hospitals, animal shelters, and animal control offices across the country are equipped with special electronic scanners that can detect the microchip and read the identification number. If a lost pet is picked up by animal control or found by a good Samaritan and presented to a veterinarian, a quick scan of the microchip reveals the identification number. A toll-free phone call to the pet recovery database alerts the microchip company that a lost pet has been identified. The pet owner can then be contacted and reunited with his or her pet!
Young puppies and kittens can receive microchips, but even if your pet is already an adult, you should consider micro chipping. Even indoor pets can get outside accidentally and get lost, so if you’re relying on other forms of identification, you could be placing your pet at risk. Micro chipping is a safe, effective way to help ensure your pet’s return if the unthinkable happens.” Pine Crest Animal website- Johnson City Tennessee.”……

……..”The name and address of the recipient will be registered to the puppy of choice after these important steps are agreed to and implemented to the proper adopter. It would be up to adopter to make any changes of responsibility if the trainer/adopter wishes to use their information to transfer to the person in need/new adopter- if this is the method and arrangements made. I have to verify, just the total cost from our local vet including perhaps other vet fees, as the cost of the mandatory fees that I received as an estimate of costs from our Vet,@ xx Veterinary on the Hwy, as agreed upon when you come for a visit and make your choice. When you decide to visit, this deposit and arrangements will be with the Vet and additional information from you for registration will always be kept confidential for best safety and security reasons upon agreement. If there is verification and there is an immediate need for any family wishing to adopt, then the housing and re-housing fees will be waived.@ the moment the $xx.00 micro chipping,xx.00 First shot, and x.00 de-worming are mandatory with any arrangement we make with these beautiful puppies for training and release to any families with disabilities. Other costs for non- verifiable adopters will include xx.00 rehousing and adoption. I don’t know, as of yet, if my Vet will charge me for first-time visits s of the date of this e-mail but the deposit will be first used for the initial visit and you will be given a copy of any arrangements we make including, recommending retention and copies of our communication prior to you first visit and arrangements. If you have any further questions or concerns , please feel free to call me during regular business hours, early evenings or by e-mail.

Thank you for you interest and I am looking forward to more communications with you,”

Please read carefully and do not be ignorant toward the activation for micro chipping any animal for adoption- The talk has been that any of these strategies are too costly to be implemented; yet if these items are too costly for any potential adopter, then they are unlikely candidates for any adoption. We are @ least must make it more cost effective but a stringent guidelines for anyone wishing to take RESPONSIBILITY for ANY animal.
